Harsh Binani is an Indian businessman and co-founder of Smartworks the largest Managed space provider. Harsh Binani's beginnings were modest, but he always believed in the possibility of achieving great things.

Harsh is an alumni of Northwestern University -Kellogg School of Management, Illinois with an MBA degree in entrepreneurial studies, and an Economics graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.


Healso holds the CFP (Centre for Financial Planning) designation in financial management, risk management, and retirement planning.


Harsh Binani started his professional career with opportunities offered to him to experience the world before he could pursue his bigger plans. He has more than 7 years working experience in commercial and residential real estate consulting, he's been a part of "Mckinsey" one of the leading consulting firms in the world in Chicago.


During his five years at Mckinsey during his time at Mckinsey, he focused on strategy and operational topics across infrastructure, insurance and healthcare.


The former Chief of Staff also served as a Chief of Staff at Medanta Medicity, spearheading key strategic initiatives for the CEO.


Harsh Binani had the opportunity to experience modern-day workspaces during his time overseas, which made it evident to him of where he's going in his next career.


He was able his decision to become a member of Neetish Sarda, who was at the forefront of his latest venture, Smartworks.


Harsh Binani joined Smartworks in 2017, bringing in more enthusiasm, ideas and a dazzling people skills to Smartworks' team.


With the addition of Harsh Binani alongside Neetish Sarda, Smartworks experienced exponential growth which paved the way towards more creative approaches to make your work space a much more enjoyable experience.


Initially Smartworks began as a co working space, however Harsh Binani and Neetish Sarda soon realised that there was a huge market that had little to no innovation in terms of offerings and technology, nor the targeted audience.


After narrowing down to customers, the team wanted to provide services to Harsh Binani and decided to break into large companies which was a major challenge in itself.


Large corporations were already set in the traditional workplaces, with an established pattern and limited services.


With the initial setbacks and negative feedback, Harsh Binani Harsh Binani returned time and time back to the drawing board formulating a new concept of What can be the deciding factor to change the mind of the big enterprises.


After lots of study, changes to methods, and pitching ideas it was done! Smartworks secured their first client and since then, it's always been a high road.


Smartworks has seen an exponential growth in the five years that followed this endeavor, aided by the unwavering support from the whole team.
